Michele left her cushy office job 13 years ago to pursue her passion for fitness. Her desire to see people succeed, and her passion for healthy living collided when she opened her CORE studios in Toronto in 2009.
She has helped thousands of people build healthy nutrition habits, get fit and build confidence through mindfulness and wanted to reach more than just the people in her local city!
The CORE FIT app is a direct result of Michele’s drive to help people all over the world get long lasting results by bringing fitness, nutrition and mindset together for you in one place!
RILEY O'HEARN SMITH
Riley is the head coach of CORE Studios in Toronto, working alongside Michele for the better part of 10 years.
His personal fitness journey began as a teenager lacking self confidence and quickly realized his passion is to help others change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible.
He believes everyone deserves good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
Getting fit and healthy doesn’t have to be difficult which is why the CORE FIT app is perfect for those with busy lives. It’s easy to use and holds you accountable to getting healthy.
Meredith Burton is our Registered Kinesiologist, graduated from University of Toronto with an Honours B.Kin in 2018.
Meredith is a competitive gymnastics coach and dance teacher. She has 10 years of experience coaching athletes that range from toddlers to adults, and her background in these sports give her a strong belief in mobility training to improve performance.
Her background in Kinesiology helps her to understand injuries, recovery training, and conditioning with a more functional goal, but she also isn’t afraid to push you out of your comfort zone.
Her extensive knowledge is going to help you keep your muscles, joints and soft tissues healthy to have better workouts, and faster results.
The CORE FIT program is suitable for all fitness levels! Once you're inside our member portal you will be able to choose from beginner, intermediate and advanced level programs!
All of our programs are designed to be at home AND in the gym. If you choose to workout from home, you will need a set of dumbbells or we can work together to use household items as weights!
Once you sign up for the CORE FIT program you will have instant access to your workouts and all your guides including a Welcome video from me to help get you started quickly!
You can choose which program suits you best and get moving right away!
You only need to commit to 45mins, 3 days a week. However you will receive 5 new workouts each week incase you want to do more!
